Tahini & Dill Dressing

The easiest & nourishing dressing to add to salads, roasted veg or anything! Tahini is high in protein and healthy fats which are a fantastic nutrient source for healthy hormones.

Ingredients & method

  • ½ cup tahini

  • ½ cup warm water

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup fresh dill stems removed, diced

  • 1 garlic clove minced or finely diced

  • pinch salt

  • pinch black pepper

Add all ingredients to a blender and viola!
