Tahini & Dill Dressing
The easiest & nourishing dressing to add to salads, roasted veg or anything! Tahini is high in protein and healthy fats which are a fantastic nutrient source for healthy hormones.
Ingredients & method
½ cup tahini
½ cup warm water
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
¼ cup fresh dill stems removed, diced
1 garlic clove minced or finely diced
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
Add all ingredients to a blender and viola!
