You Asked, We Answered.

Your first visit is a relaxed but thorough health conversation. I take time to understand your history, symptoms, lifestyle, diet, goals and what you’ve tried before. Then we explore where your health may be out of balance and create a personalised plan, including nutrition guidance, herbal/nutrient support, lifestyle recommendations and, if needed, further testing.
-
Rather than treating isolated symptoms, naturopathy looks at your whole health picture — digestion, hormones, stress, sleep, immune function, movement, mindset, environment. We aim to uncover why issues are happening and build steps that support long-term balance.
-
You’re not alone… many clients come because they’ve tried diets, supplements or tests without lasting relief. Naturopathy can help by uncovering patterns, connecting the dots, and guiding you through a structured, personalised pathway instead of isolated fixes.
-
No referral is required to book with me. However, if you’re seeing a GP or other practitioners, I encourage collaboration — and I’m happy to communicate with your health team so your care feels connected and supportive.
-
Your initial consult is 60–90 minutes. This gives us the space to listen deeply, gather your history, and begin building a plan that feels meaningful and sustainable to you.
-
Sometimes. I may recommend functional or pathology testing (e.g., blood tests, digestive markers, hormone panels, DEXA) to uncover root causes. But we only consider tests that are truly useful — nothing unnecessary or overwhelming.
-
Supplements can be part of the plan, but they are never the only focus. You’ll often receive practical food, lifestyle and self-care guidance first, with herbal or nutrient support added where it genuinely helps your healing.

Yes. My approach is grounded in clinical training and scientific understanding, integrated with whole-body assessment. I blend evidence-informed science with personalised care — finding what works for your body.
-
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people feel relief in 1–2 sessions, others need ongoing support for deeper or chronic concerns. We discuss a realistic pathway together with follow-ups scheduled to suit your pace.
-
Yes! I offer video and phone consultations Australia-wide. Telehealth appointments follow the same personalised approach as in-clinic visits.

This depends on your private health fund and level of cover. Naturopathy may be eligible under “natural therapies” — check with your insurer to confirm your rebate.
-
Totally normal. Many people feel unsure before their first consult. I make space for your questions and concerns - no judgment, no pressure. If you want to chat before booking, you can message me via the website or Instagram.
