Once you book an initial appointment, you will receive an intake form via email to fill out. Please give yourself 10-15 minutes to fill out the form.
If you have any recent bloodwork, pathology, ultrasounds, functional testing results or anything you think will be relevant for our consultation, please send them over via email before our consultation.

Initial consultations are approximately 75 minutes.
This gives us enough time to get to know each other, explore your health complaints, learn about your nervous system, gut health, diet and lifestyle and what the best course of action is (including testing, supplements/herbs etc).Subsequent consultations go for approximately 45 minutes.
This includes discussing any bloodwork/pathology/testing, following up on your treatment goals, identifying your barriers to making changes and to revise your treatment plan. -

I generally recommend follow-up appointments once per month, and a minimum of three appointments (3 months) to address your complaints.
However, everyone is different and can be quicker to heal, whilst others can take longer. Some clients only see me for two sessions, others work on-going for months to years.
This could be due to gut healing protocols, pregnancy/post-partum, or general health support. Some of my clients love being held accountable and enjoy being kept on-track.
-
I use reputable pathology labs and can request any pathology or bloodwork you may need from Douglas Hanley Moir or Laverty at a specific cost.
-
The consultation fee includes the one on one consultation, in-depth and comprehensive questioning, examinations, and assessment to develop a treatment plan specific to you and your health needs.
This also includes time spent outside of the appointment, researching making up your herbal medicines, creams, compounds and analysing any pathology results.
-
Additional costs may include shipping, herbal prescriptions, nutritional compounds, herbal creams bespoke creams or nutritional supplements.
This can be adjusted to suit your budget and needs, which will be discussed during the consultation.
I generally try and only recommend two herbs/supplements to uncomplicate things, and make it more budget-friendly. However, if following a gut protocol (for example), additional supplements may be needed.
I offer a discount on any additional supplementation for students and to those who need it.

Private health rebates for naturopathy are officially making a return in Australia. After a major government review found real evidence supporting the benefits of natural therapies like naturopathy, herbal medicine, yoga, and Pilates, the Federal Government has reversed its 2019 decision to remove them from cover. I’d like to thank the health minister of the labor government for considering us - this is a huge step forward for Naturopathy.
While it’s up to individual health funds to include these therapies in their extras policies, many are already starting to do so — especially for practitioners accredited with associations like NHAA. This is a big win for those seeking holistic, preventative care that supports long-term health and wellbeing.
Want to find out more about whether your health fund covers Naturopathy, give them a call to find out! If they don’t - hassle them until they do!
