Happy Hormone Cabbage Curry

Want happy hormones? Try my cabbage curry! 🍛👇🏽

I must admit that cabbage is my favourite vegetable… It is so versatile!

To top that off, it also is high in compounds called Sulforaphane and 3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM) which are great for the liver - it encourages the breakdown of excess hormones.

Cabbage also contains quercetin which together with the other compounds I mentioned is AMAZING for healthy skin! This literally took me half an hour to cook.
