Naturopathy is a whole-body, deeply personalised approach to health. When you work with me, you receive more than a consultation, you receive the time, care, and expertise needed to understand what your body is truly asking for.

My role is to listen, investigate, and guide you through a clear, evidence-informed plan so you can feel well, supported, and connected to your health again.

What I Offer & Pricing

  • $175.00 - 75 minutes
    This consultation is all about you and your health complaints. We find out what your goals are, and how to overcome the barriers. We also explore your overall health and any previous health history, specific body systems, nutritional and lifestyle review, and much more depending on your individual needs.

  • $120.00 - 45 minutes
    After the initial consultation, a comprehensive analysis on your case is conducted using evidence-based research. This will help to give you a deep insight and understanding into your current health state.

    We review the current state of your health and understand whether you are improving or not. Your treatment plan will be adjusted to suit the level of your needs after each consultation.

  • $140.00 - 60 minutes

    i.     This consultation is for existing clients who have not had an appointment in 6-12 months+, or want to work on new health goals.

  • What’s Included in the Consult:

    • Personalised Immune Support: A 15-minute phone call with our naturopath to discuss your specific needs and concerns.

    • Immune E-Book: A comprehensive guide packed with tips and information to support your immune health.

    • Herbal Boost: A 200ml bottle of custom herbal tincture tailored to enhance your immune system (valued at $50).

  • By the end of each session, you will have the tools to create the best and happiest version of yourself. You will be sent a treatment plan via PDF in the coming days after your consultation that will include:

    • Session notes - so you can refresh your mind after the consult

    • Evidence-based research for your condition/s

    • Dietary + lifestyle recommendations that are realistic

    • Herbal medicine & supplement recommendations

    • Pathology recommendations

    • Pathology review

  • $130.00 - 60 mins

    Have you ever had blood tests and they’ve come back “normal” but you don’t feel normal? That’s because the pathology reference ranges are a ‘one-size-fits-all’ and what might be considered ‘normal’ may actually be abnormal.

    It is important for us to review your pathology tests together to discuss any abnormalities and how to work through those.
